Dawn M. Wayman was born and raised in a small town on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Growing up, Dawn enjoyed playing sports and spending time in the kitchen. She enjoyed learning to bake family recipes alongside her mother and grandmothers. Family has always been important to Dawn. Thus, when she is not exploring local nature trails or attending community events, you will find Dawn cheering on her nephews from the sidelines at their basketball and soccer games. "Malcolm, Who Will You Be" is Dawn's first children's book.
