David was born in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in El Monte, California, where he currently lives. He attended Mountain View High School in El Monte, California, and later studied at Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California, focusing on criminal law and the legal aspects of evidence. He is a Fourth Degree Sir Knight for the Mission San Gabriel Assembly 66 and St. Christopher Council 3159, Knights of Columbus Catholic Fraternity. He currently works at a theme park in Southern California.
