Daniel Keiser worked in public education for 39 years as a school teacher, an administrator as a K-12 supervisor, and as a college professor.
Many characters in his books are based on real life people he has met throughout his life.
He has also been a musician since the age of 9 and has recorded and performed professionally for many years. His Christmas album is called "Joy to a Silent Night". A second album named "Miles" came out in April of 2024 and a third folk album is due to be released by the end of this year.
Daniel intends to write several other fun books that help children understand and navigate difficult issues in their young lives.
