Dana T. McKnight is a multimedia artist whose overall body of work combines illustration, experimental sound, sculpture, installation, performance art, painting, speculative fiction and poetry. They are also the creator of The Tiny Minotaur, an IRL fantasy tavern in Austin, TX.
McKnight's identity and subsequent experiences as a Black, queer person are at the forefront of many of their works and artistic ventures. "At the core of Dana McKnight's work, lies a surreality--- the real world slowly picked apart through a lens tinted by magical realism and lived experience."
They live in Austin, TX with their cats and husband and love going to metal/punk/experimental shows, firepits, eating hotdogs with friends and scowling.
