Author Info

Daisy’s writing, as her name suggests, is as fresh as the daisies that grow in the green meadows far and wide. As a public-school teacher in Washington state, the author has an M.A, MPhil and PhD in English Language and Literature and lives in Seattle with her three fur babies, a teenage daughter and a doting husband. Daisy loves to spend her time writing poems and fiction with a good strong cuppa tea, sitting in her garden of wild blossoms. When she’s not writing, she can be found wandering in the beautiful trails of Washington State or scavenging the bookstores and libraries, old and new. And her weekend nights are best spent on her cozy couch with her fur buddies, binging on horror flicks.

Daisy’s debut novel, “The Small Things” talks about the small things that are actually “no so small things” in life. The dewdrops at dawn, the tender tendrils, the velvet red mites after the first monsoon showers touch upon the human soul and define the existentialism of love.

She hopes to complete her next book soon.
