Chiquita Carter is a mother and United States Army Veteran that served in Operation Desert Storm. She is also a retiree of the US Department Of Veterans Affairs. After spending many years serving her country and fellow veterans, in her retirement she set out to accomplish her dream of writing children's books that any child can relate to.
