“Living in Flow” is an invitation to live your best life…

On my personal journey of self-discovery I had accidental encounters with a heightened realm of being that I would later learn was the known state of consciousness called Flow. I was exposed to mindfulness over 20 years ago and began incorporating meditation and daily mindfulness practices with life-changing results. My ongoing exploration into mindfulness would prove to be a powerful catalyst for entering into prolonged periods of Flow, and I began to realize that this highly desirable state of consciousness could quite possibly be the key to unlocking enhanced human potential. Repeatedly experiencing the benefit of this unseen energy allowed me to understand and synthesize information through a new lens, one that produced a radically altered world-view. Scientific advances over the course of this past century would become the basis of my conclusions that Flow is not just a state of consciousness, but it is a dynamic universal energy that is available to each and every one of us.

Welcome to the fascinating world of Flow!  I invite you on a journey of self-discovery as we explore this dynamic state of consciousness. Most of us have experienced Flow on some level or understand what it means to be “in the zone.” In this book, I investigate the very real possibility of cultivating Flow through the power of our own intent and I show the reader that it is accessible to all of us through our own heightened awareness. Our ability to develop the mind-body connection and tap into our body’s innate intelligence is the gateway into Flow. This book summarizes my own interpretation of the decades of research that have led to a paradigm shift in the areas of physics, medicine, and human biology.

As co-founder of the Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and as a Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction teacher, I am dedicated to bringing mindfulness practices to others as a means of living in the Flow of life. I’ve written this book to help you identify Flow in your own life, and through an increased awareness experience more Flow to live with greater ease and harmony.  I’d love to hear from you about your own Flow experiences, no matter how big or small.
