Connie Scothorn, RLA, ASLA, a licensed landscape architect, and founder of the firm of CLS & Associates, LLC Landscape Architects in Oklahoma City. She has nearly 40 years experience designing public, commercial and residential sites, with a focus on low maintenance landscaping. As part of that, she promotes the use of native plants in the ornamental landscape. They help to reduce landscape maintenance tasks, while providing food and habitat for native pollinators. She is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and a founding member of the Oklahoma Native Plant Network.
Along with her business partner, Brian Patric, this is her second book.
