Bryan $. Harris is a 37-year-old enthusiastic Real Estate Investor. Husband to Maria Harris and father to 3 amazing boys. He attended High School at Houston High in Germantown, Tn from 1994-1998, and he attended college at AUSTIN PEAY STATE UNIVERSITY 1998 –2002 and became an ALL-AMERICAN FOOTBALL ATHLETE.
He exploded onto the business scene in 2001 at the tender young age of 21 and starting his own business. He quickly became known as the man with the plan. While still staying at home with his parents, Bryan's business was earning over $30k/mo.
This allowed Bryan to save a nice nest egg. While always striving to be better, (a trait he credits to his mom and dad) in his spare time Bryan decided to educate himself on how to become a Multi-Millionaire. He spent countless hours reading books and studying courses on Real Estate Investing.
By 2004 Bryan had saved a nice sum of money and was more than ready to launch his Real Estate Investing career.
Staying in touch with an old friend from High School would prove to be beneficial to Bryan. His friend had become a Real Estate agent and was launching his career as well. They both took advantage of this relationship. Ironically Bryan couldn't have picked a better time to get started in purchasing RealEstate. The economy was heading south and so were realestate prices, seemingly at the speed of light. But in the midst of this downturn banks were still lending money to investors, allowing investors to purchase more than 20 houses with less than favorable credit scores. Bryan was able to combine his money with creative financing frombanks to purchase more than 180 properties in less than 2years. Using many of the techniques he learned from his self-education and his strong-desire to succeed. He flipped many properties and by age 26 Bryan was earning more money in a month than he had earned in a year from his previous business, and the sky was still the limit.
That is until 2010, the banks he used to build his real estate empire, stopped lending money. Many of his close family and friends lost jobs, and the houses he purchased for flips, couldn't sell because buyers couldn't get loans anymore. This trickle effect led to Bryan losing multiple properties, tons of money and even his own personal house to foreclosure. Bryan had lost every material thing he had, but he still had GOD and his family, and that's all he needed to keep going.
He and his family moved in with a friend. Bryan, his wife and sons slept in a twin sized bed for several months.
After many nights praying, and brainstorming, and searching the internet looking for a major opportunity or mentor that could help get him back on top. Just like before, Bryan came across an online e-book, that taught a new style of real estate investing. A style that didn't require capital, didn't require credit, it only required him to be coachable and required him to follow a success blue print. Bryan took a chance and bought a $5,000 real estate course and followed the system to the tee. Within several months of buying the course, Bryan went from his 1st $3,000 real estate check to over $100,000/mo.
His 1st full year back in real estate, Bryan earned over $1,000,000. Bryan and his wife Maria Harris has built one of the largest REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT operations in the country while living in Memphis Tn.
