Eric Westerburg is an avid reader and lover of stories. He enjoys books with  meaningful content and enjoyable plots, realism, and creativity. Some interests are fantasy fiction, educational, DIY, political intrigue, gardening, and wood-crafting. Eric is an accomplished carpenter, mason, educator, artist, writer, gardener, and cook. He is a very active and creative individual who enjoys his time outside in nature, spending time with the love of his life and their two beagles. Eric grew up traveling as an army brat spending most of his childhood in Europe where he gained a keen interest in construction from all the old castles, monasteries, and abbeys of Europe. This interest led him to his career in construction which later drew him to college where his curiosity of learning led him to other areas of interest. after completing multiple degrees in areas like mechanical and architectural engineering. When his father became ill he returned home to help out on the family farm where he earned another degree in early childhood development. He then used this knowledge to educate children at his mother's daycare for a few years before returning to construction after his father passed away and his mother retired. Now after years of experience and knowledge he has began to share his knowledge and interests with his readers by writing about his life's experiences through various genres of literature.
