About the Author

Anna E. Jacke has been a freelance writer and photojournalist since the early 1990’s. She is an avid historian and maritime enthusiast, having been raised close to Long Island Sound. A long-standing membership in the New England Historic Genealogical Society, broadened her research skills as semi-professional genealogist. Her next book is already in progress
