I'm Alicia Robinson: mother, grandmother, sister daughter, wife. I am absolutely ecstatic about my work and place in life. I believe in being 100% authentically me all the time. I am extremely passionate about building leaders in the construction industry I work in as well as developing diversity and inclusivity in the trades.

I now have two books published, Kintsugi- Beautifully Broken Me is a story of overcoming obstacles and finding the beauty in what we have left. Refusing to define myself by what other people have done to me has been a struggle in the past and more and more I realize we all need reminders of how beautiful we are after the fractures of life on our hearts. 

Both books have been published and both have received 5 star reviews. 
I remain humbly and graciously a servant of my sisters.
