About The Author

For most of his professional career, Bruce Rits Gilbert was the general counsel to three health care companies. Although he has had articles published in legal and health care journals, "John Prine One Song at a Time" is his first book. With the immense help of Matt Lyons and Nick Gunty, he has become a late-to-life singer-songwriter, releasing four records, with a fifth—under the rebranded name, Boo Rits & The Missing Years—on the way. Bruce has been an ardent John Prine fan since 1973.
