Overview

THE RESOLUTE LEADER – The Jethro Mandate shares time-honored principles that are still applicable for church leadership in the twenty-first century. It builds a helpful leadership paradigm providing a simple and clear strategy, one that is both practical and biblical.

As Dr Paul Borden, author of Make or Break Your Church in 365 Days, says in his endorsement: 'The Resolute Leader meets the crucial need of explaining how the abstract intersects with the concrete, enabling leaders to become highly effective in leading well. For those who can't figure it out and for those who think they have but aren't sure, it is a must read.'

THE RESOLUTE LEADER is for anyone: just starting out on the journey; struggling in ministry and hoping to succeed; wanting to refresh their leadership and team-building approach. THE RESOLUTE LEADER is a book you and your leadership team should read.

Description

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING...

In The Resolute Leader, Warren Crank builds a helpful paradigm for leadership that is both practical and biblical. As a thoughtful practitioner, he’s crafted a helpful handbook on leadership development that you should read with your leadership team.
ED STETZER, President of LifeWay Research, Nashville, USA

Leadership, mission, structure, alignment, organization are words that leaders constantly hear and often use. Yet, how these terms are implemented in order to develop strategic effective ministries is often difficult because the “how to’s” are often assumed or in some cases ignored. The Resolute Leader meets the crucial need of explaining how the abstract intersects with the concrete enabling leaders to become highly effective in leading well. For those who can’t figure it out and for those who think they have but aren’t sure, it is a must read.
Dr PAUL D. BORDEN. Author: Make or Break Your Church in 365 Days, USA

Every church planter should read The Resolute Leader. These leadership principles should be part of the core DNA of every church plant. It is essential to have a good mix of gifts and the right ‘chemistry’ in your leadership but without good structure growth will be limited. This book gives a simple clear strategy that will be just as effective when gathering and training the initial planting team as it will be when the church grows to any size in the future.
JAMES BAKER, Leader of the Mission to Queensland Church Planting Movement, QLD, Australia

I have watched and admired the way Warren Crank took leadership of a suburban congregation and, in a short space of time, transformed it into a dynamic, fast-growing church with national influence. In The Resolute Leader, Warren shares time-honored principles that are still working today; his own life and leadership are proof of it. I highly recommend.
JAMES MACPHERSON, Senior Pastor Calvary Christian Church, QLD, Australia

Warren Crank is a brilliant practitioner but also an incredible strategist – The Resolute Leader has not only ideas to use but also philosophies to be considered.
BARRY MC MURTRIE, Churches of Christ Pastor, Former Senior Pastor of Crossroads Church Corona, California, USA

About the author

Northreach church has grown to more than 1,000 people and has recently started two new churches. Warren is passionate about identifying, training and releasing leaders into their God-given mission.
