Overview
A collection of dating memoirs to guide any woman - and man- through the tumultuous world of dating and relationships. An entertaining look at the author's personal reflection on her choices in men and how you can learn from her mistakes. A funny read, and an excellent guide to life and love.
Description
What originally began as the author's own therapeutic writing after a bad break-up, ended up as an entire rekindled collection of dates gone bad, wrong relationships and repeated sad choices in men. Through humorous, yet insightful story-telling, she leads us through the world of dating, from her own experiences, driving her point home in every chapter. It's a walk through the mind of a single woman with a lot of experience in bad relationships. Her style of writing makes this a fun and easy read, with tips on self-worth, what not to do, along with a few curse words, to navigate the crazy world of dating. Each chapter will leave you anticipating the next story of love gone wrong. You are sure to relate to at least one, if not more, of Tara's trials and tribulations with men. Be ready to laugh, cry and be inspired by someone who had to live it to tell it.
About the author
The author was born in Long Island, New York. At 3 years old, her parents moved to a small, rural community in Upstate New York where she lived in a log cabin built by her father. Her parents raised their own animals and grew vegetable gardens. At 17, she left home to put herself through college and law school. She moved back to her Long Island roots and has been a practicing attorney for 18 years. Since 2010, she has had her own law firm, along with two other partners. In her spare time, she enjoys singing in her rock band and making smart choices. This is the author's first book.
