There's an army of children attacking mall security to free Santa Claus, drunken concerns of class warfare in a variety of Denver bars, a McDonald's playground that's turned into a torture device, an Iraqi war veteran fighting cancer, highly potent marijuana, love, fear, sadness, and Oprah. You'll fall in love with the odd characters in this wild yet thought provoking ride.

What would you do if you thought your words would end the world? Faced with this burden, Doobie Hugh Lyte isolates himself in drugs and homelessness for the good of life on Earth. But now his words foresee an escape in the form of brownies and a trio of misfits. Terese Flannigan bakes the brownies, sure in her desire to help others and prone to bouts of intuition. Maximus Kinsky sells prosthetic devices which is fitting given his ability to lie and his lack of a second arm. Bartholomew Schaff is a boyish man afraid of his sexuality and class warfare. Doobie's visions will entangle the trio with Gustave Tyner who deals in personal information acquisition, protection, and extermination. If the end is near, who's closer?
