by William Crossman

Overview
Young kids love rhyming: hearing rhymes spoken, speaking rhymes themselves, and sharing rhymes with someone they feel close to. Sharing the rhymes in this book with young kids may turn into "learning moments" for explaining social justice issues and the lives of the human-rights leaders contained in these rhymes, as well as the meanings of words that may be new for the kids: from Lakota, Mother Nature, and oil spills to segregation and human rights. We hope you experience many hours of closeness, sharing, learning and fun while zoomin' through these pages.
