About the author


Michael J. Russ is an internationally bestselling author, keynote speaker/trainer/Coach, and podcaster (Beyond the 3D podcast on iheartradio.com). As the son of an Air Force Officer and an Educator, his family moved every two years until the age of 15. Instead of viewing their frequent uprooting as adversity, he viewed it as an opportunity to travel, meet new people, and learn how to let go and get on with life. In 2014, he founded Zero Adversity Training and Coaching, which enabled him to share his the simple, highly practical proprietary methods for building greater resilience and agility, saving time, boosting fulfillment, and accelerating success.
