About The Author


Dr. Dolezal is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, having served honorably as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Specialist. Following his military service, Dr. Dolezal gained extensive experience in holistic health. He completed his residency with rotations in orthopedic surgery and family practice/industrial medicine before obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Dolezal obtained board certification from the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, obtained certification in Manipulation Under Anesthesia, and became a fellow of the American Board of Disability Analysts. After 30 years in practice, Dr. Dolezal draws on his studies and extensive experience in health and wellness to offer new insights into the beauty of self. He provides practical philosophy, anecdotes, and practices that empower individuals to find peace, tranquility, and mindfulness in their daily routines.
