The story highlights not only Sunny's personal journey as he goes from a stray pup to his foster home and eventually, his forever home but also highlights the help from volunteers that made it all possible. 

ALL proceeds from the sales of the book are being donated to no kill shelters.

Kevin grew up in a home filled with rescue animals. His mother worked as a veterinarian technician so there was no shortage of stray dogs and cats that needed a foster or forever home. He recently moved from NYC to Las Vegas and with his newfound outdoor space, he decided to pick up where he left off as a child and rescued two dogs from a no kill shelter. He spends his free time volunteering with a handful of shelters in the Las Vegas area, helping animals find their forever homes.
