Joe Quartana is a 25 year real estate veteran with over 37 years of experience in marketing communications. His marketing career started in his twenties, when he fell in love with travel. The best opportunities to combine business and travel were in the lucrative incentive travel and meetings business. He become a student of incentive and motivational marketing and his client base consisted of large corporations such as Anheuser-Busch, Frito Lay, Chevron, Rockwell International and ContiCommodity to name a few. As his love of marketing grew, he opened his own integrated marketing firm at 28.
At 34 he wanted a change, and real estate was the answer. His real estate career started as a top producing agent and grew to owning his own traditional real estate firm, along with a development and investment company. In 2005, his love for marketing brought him to the Internet, where he built and owned an Internet marketing company serving the real estate industry, and served several companies and a region of a large international firms. He has presented at international conventions as an expert in both marketing and sales. Joe speaks about his passion for the need for the real estate industry and community to embrace technology and has created new Internet based models and services as the future of real estate.
He lives in Chicago with his dog, Buddy. And enjoys providing service to non-profit organizations and helping people.
