Derinda Ehrlich is a change strategist, certified executive coach, and speaker focused on operational transformation, leadership, and performance. Co-author of "Your Job Is Over, You're Not!", she helps leaders and organizations navigate complex transitions where performance, identity, and culture intersect. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership roles in global technology companies, including Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Avnet. In these roles, she led global, large-scale transformation initiatives, including merger integrations and complex operational change where execution, adoption, and leadership behavior are critical to success. With a background as both an engineer and an MBA, Derinda brings a distinctive blend of analytical rigor and human insight to her work. She is a certified professional coach and served for over a decade as an executive instructor of Change Management for Prosci, a global leader in change management. Her work centers on a core belief: results are shaped by clear, aligned strategy, and strategy only matters when it is adopted and delivers outcomes. She is known for translating strategy into results by aligning purpose, process, and plans, and for guiding people through transition with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
