After going through a divorce at twenty-three years old, Samantha Kelly obtained her master's degree in art therapy counseling. She has several years' experience working with adults, children, teenagers, and families in acute, clinical settings. She also taught "Concepts of Stress Management" for three years for Utah Valley University's Public Health Department. She lives in Bountiful, Utah, with her husband and daughter.
