About the author

A certified ADHD-couples coach as well as the partner of someone with ADHD, Kimberly understands the need for support for the Non-ADHD partner. Years of research and personal experience led to the tools and techniques she uses and shares with her unique clients. When Kimberly sustained a TBI (traumatic brain injury) in 2015, her battle with and for her brain, took her on a journey of education and discovery that led her to becoming a certified Life Coach in 2019 and a Transformational Life coach in 2020. Her relationship and eventual marriage to a man with ADHD created a desire (or need) to study ADHD and relationships affected by ADHD symptoms. And in 2021 she earned her ADHD-focused couples therapy certification. In her journey to find her own peace in what seemed to be a world of chaos, she has found techniques and practical tools that can be used by anyone to find more peace in their ADHD affected relationships and in everyday life.
