Christine Shaw is a 500-hour ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and YT (Yoga Therapist). She is the Founder and Creator of YES- Yoga for Emotional Support and owner of Liberty Yoga in Newark, DE since 2012. Drawing from her own experiences, Christine offers yoga based practices to those facing life stressors and emotional issues. Sessions include restorative and gentle yoga, breathing practices, meditation, visualizations, sound and aromatherapy, spiritual teachings, and proven practices for mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-love. She teaches classes, workshops and trainings at yoga studios, counseling centers, rehabilitation centers and corporations. The goal of YES is to guide practitioners to self-love and emotional harmony so they may thrive in life. Christine has training and certifications in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Leadership, Reiki, Meditation, MBSR, Acupressure, Eden Energy medicine, and Restorative Yoga.
