About the author
Joseph Moorer is a gifted freelance writer and poet. This collection, his inaugural work, has been praised as culturally striking and simultaneously sensitive. Having emancipated from the California Foster Care system, Joseph considers this work an achievement on many levels, and a major triumph under adversity. Joseph is a member of The Writer’s Center and a fan of the rich, unfolding history of Poet Lore. He is a native of, and resides in Southern California.
