After years of struggling to lose unwanted weight and be happy with herself, Raelyn Stevenson had given up hope. From dieting, training, running a half marathon and everything in between, she could not seem to lose the weight. Feeling defeated, she decided to buy a gratitude journal, not to help her lose the weight but to help her feel better about herself. Lo and behold, the results were life-changing.
Journaling allowed Raelyn to conquer her unachievable goals by helping her adjust her mindset and ultimately change her results. She lost 25 pounds! Thanks to journaling, her entire outlook on life has changed. She has changed her daily routine, created healthy habits and improved her mindset and overall quality of life. Journaling allowed her to see that the weight was only the beginning: soon she was experiencing increased productivity, better sleep, and improved quality of life.
Since then, Raelyn started holding herself to a higher expectation in all areas of her life and began setting goals for her health, finance, career and relationships. Overall, these areas flourished with this process. Raelyn soon realized the sky is the limit and she can achieve anything she sets her mind to, including writing and publishing this journal.
