About the author

A lifelong student of the game, author Ralph Cissne was inspired by Gary Player's advocacy of golf fitness in the Sixties. Challenged by a lower back injury, Cissne turned to hatha yoga to improve his core conditioning and flexibility and later adapted aspects of Manifesting Results by Frank Natale, his friend and mentor, based on success with these techniques. Will of Golf yoga postures and breathing techniques were developed in conjunction with Leeann Carey, Cissne's longtime yoga teacher, to stabilize the lower body while improving upper body flexibility, emotional balance and mental focus. Cissne has published countless articles on golf, yoga and fitness. The principal of Morgan Road, his marketing clients have included many leading companies in health, fitness and personal development. A native Californian, Cissne grew up in Oklahoma and graduated from The University of Oklahoma School of Journalism. He is a longtime member of the Southern California PLGA/SCGA (index 1.0).
