Why or Why not Therapy is for those undecided to seek support whether for the emotions, grief and/or loneliness. The book helps with understanding the stigma led to disengage therapy as a gainful tool. Whether present as it is a weakness. Weakness is someone's idea and an unworthy thought. Why Therapy helps with teaching those how to get to an understanding of their own power with the right questions asked of themselves.
While therapy has its difficulties and challenges with diversity inclusion. This book talks about one's experience in therapy and how it contributes to the evolution of Mental Health and its research. It talks about the main importance. The individual who will benefit most from it. Whether perceived good or bad it is a different experience worthy enough to be talked about with someone else. The book expresses how the gaps in policy effect service and the need for change. The book demonstrates briefly how Healthy Mental Health is our answer.
