This is for readers who have felt both inspired and isolated by their religions. It is a reflection on how faith and doubt are each an edge to a double-edged sword. You will explore the dichotomy of identities that are both the sources of our inspirations and obstacles to honest self-reflection. Only a faith that exists beyond words can give us the kind of courage needed to take the spiritual leaps necessary to grow as our consciousness travels through time. Faith without doubt is not faith at all.

The author is a 1970 graduate of Colgate University. He then served 4 years as an U.S. Air Force intelligence officer before working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. He made a mid-life career change to become an attorney in California where he had a solo civil litigation practice for 10 years. He is currently retired on the South Jersey shore.
