Dale Napier is a native Texan hiding out in the Las Vegas area while he works on the Queen Joan trilogy - White House Storm, Queen Joan and Cyber Vote. He holds a becholor of journalism degree and attended the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs.
