In "When I grow up" follows a young girl named Olivia. She is unsure of what she wants to be when she grows up. Until, a new metal sculpture being installed at the library sparks her interest in welding.

While on her way to the library with her mom, she becomes fascinated with a new metal sculpture being built at the entrance. Intrigued, she wants to know more. She begins to ask her mom a lot of questions. Until the welder lifts their hood and Olivia discovers it's a girl! Written and illustrated by world renowned Metal Artist, Rae Ripple.
