About the author


Filomena Malvone, born in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Hanover, PA with her family at a very young age. Filomena and her two children enjoy going to Italy every summer to visit family and friends. She has been a part of her family's restaurant, Jerry and Sal's Pizza, for over twenty years. It is there she observed struggle with the younger generation in the ability to problem solve.
