We have a wealth inequality problem in this country that's not easily solvable. Wealth is not finding its way into the pockets of the average American. One of the biggest problems associated with wealth in the United States is the lack of inclusion of the middle class, the poor, minorities and marginalized communities. Wealth should be accessible, equitable and inclusive to everyone, NOT just the wealthy, with zero barriers regardless of your education, credit score, previous investing experience, or what you have in your bank account.

Wealth has been an exclusionary proposition. It excludes those of us who don't have wealth. What about wealth for the rest of us? Too many deserving people are being locked out of the true wealth-building experience because they are not able to access capital, credit, and financial opportunities-until now. Wealth For the Rest of Us is a practical, step-by-step guide to acquiring wealth, multiplying your wealth, keeping wealth, and being able to pass generational wealth down to your family.

This book is for you, if you want to get to the point at which you don't have to work for money anymore, which is my definition of being wealthy. My platform Wealth For The Rest Of Us eliminates credit, previous investing experience, and capital as the traditional criteria for building wealth.

Currently, no other wealth-building programs are available on the market that work for people who are un-bankable and are looking to include themselves in the wealth conversation. A conversation about a better life, schooling, health care, and housing.

One of the biggest problems associated with wealth in the United States is the lack of inclusion of the middle class and the poor. When you look at many of the wealth-building strategies out there, the reality is oftentimes that they automatically exclude most of us, and we feel that exclusion every day. Wealth is typically the province of the people who already have it, and it rarely gives the people who don't have wealth the opportunity to have any damn thing. At the end of the day, wealth excludes the have-nots.

When you don't have wealth, you don't get a chance for better schooling for your family. When you don't have wealth, you don't get a chance for better housing and health care. The current financial system excludes the majority of Americans because wealth in and of itself is exclusionary. WEALTH FOR THE REST OF US is for the rest of us who are not wealthy.

There's the wealthy, the middle class and the poor; most of us fall into the bottom two… specifically, there's not enough wealth for the rest of us. My book is aimed primarily at minorities, marginalized communities, the middle class and the poor because wealth typically excludes this segment of society. Most of the wealth-building strategies on the market are predicated on your need to have money in the bank and good credit. WEALTH FOR THE REST OF US is for the 78% of the people in the United States who are living paycheck-to-paycheck. WEALTH FOR THE REST OF US is for the people who have dreams and aspirations and are trying to include themselves in the wealth creation conversation. A conversation about a better life, better schooling, better health care, better opportunities for their families, and the chance to live the American dream.

WEALTH FOR THE REST OF US is for the 57% of Black families, 28% of White families, 50% of Hispanic families, 39% of Asian families, and other nationalities who are being locked out of the opportunity to own a home, invest in real estate, own property, build generational wealth, and live the American dream due to not being able to access capital, credit, and financial opportunities. According to The Washington Post, one in seven White families are millionaires, while only one out of 50 Black families are millionaires. What about wealth for the rest of us who are not millionaires?

WEALTH FOR THE REST OF US is for those of us who don't understand and were not taught that the traditional wealth-building investment strategies and conventional financial advice that's on the market was developed mainly for the wealthy by people who are already wealthy.
