Shaneequewa Samuels is a level one certified holistic, nutritional counselor. In 2009, she adopted a lifestyle of fasting, clean eating, and eating raw vegan diets, after having several inconclusive test results during 2008. She was disconnected from everything that could bring her body back into balance. After ten years of researching and experimenting, she figured out what diet was the most efficient for people of color.
