We Are All One

We Are All One is an Illustrated tale that guides the reader as they move and breathe through a yoga class adventure. Through vivid imagery and playful storytelling this book is a fun read and a complete yoga practice from child's pose to Savasana.

Our story begins in a classroom with students in child's pose. As they move through a yoga practice, the reader is transported into nature from mountains to trees to Brooklyn Bridge Park and then back to the classroom. Written using an easy rhythmic cadence along with colorful, dreamlike and instructive illustrations , We Are All One is enjoyable to read and easy to follow for yogis of all levels.

Ossi Raveh has been teaching yoga and movement for over 20 years. She owns Brooklyn Yoga Project, a small, neighborhood studio located in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Ossi is the proud mother of two amazing boys, Oliver(9) and Gabriel(5). When Ossi was pregnant with Gabriel, she found herself unintentionally rhyming while teaching yoga. These rhymes are the foundation of We Are All One.
