About the author
Dr. A. Mary Violet Christy, Lecturer, Department of Biotechnology, Vivekanandha College of Arts and Science for Women, Tiruchengodu, has completed her M. Sc., M. Phil. and Ph. D. in Zoology with specialization in vermicomposting, from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She has six years of teaching experience. She has presented 25 papers at national conferences and has published 23 research papers in well-reputed journals. She has produced twenty M. Phil. candidates and is guiding five Ph. D. Candidates.­
