Description
The Vegan Quickstart Guide helps people transition to a low-fat, plant-based diet in 4 weeks. It includes self-talk recommendations, meal substitutions and recipes that help ensure a successful transition. The Guide helps reduce risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. America is facing an epidemic of obesity, growing rates of Alzheimer’s disease and other metabolic disorders. While many people are adopting low-fat, plant-based diets, they lack the skills to make this transition easy and permanent, often backsliding into prior eating patterns. The Guide provides suggestions about how to set success goals, and keep yourself motivated to improve your diet. It provides a template that can then be enhanced by the reader, to continue to improve their diet and health.
