Rolf Mowatt-Larssen is a retired CIA Senior Operations Officer. He served for 23 years as a CIA intelligence officer in various domestic and international posts, to include Russia, Western Europe, and other assignments globally. He also served as an officer in the US Army and is a graduate of West Point.
