Audrey Larrimore was born in upstate, NY and has worked as an artist, muralist, hairdresser, and art teacher. Audrey is a devoted wife and mother. She cherishes her friends and family and loves to meet new people. She shares her struggles around the components of daily life in her work. In her first poem "The Un-secret Garden" Audrey discloses the plight of people who experience society while managing mental illness. Poetry gave her a tool to share her strong faith in God and the ways she manages mental health and addiction recovery.
