About the author
Denise Marie Hardnett earned a Visual Communications Media Degree in Fine Arts from Madison College, Madison, Wisconsin. She also completed coursework at Savannah College of Art and Design, Atlanta, Georgia. Denise started writing books to help empower women, children, and families to develop survival skills and self care. She is the author of a children's book entitled "I Love ME" , "I Am HE"and a teen book entitled "I Love ME from Pieces Made Whole". In her professional life she work for Department of Corrections and Walgreens, has been a special education assistant. A mentor and advocate for Domestic Violence and Abuse and Survivor.
