Two's Company

Anna's happily single and most definitely happily childless, until she falls for a man who's the single father of a small baby. Just as Anna is getting her head around the world of children's parties and sleepless nights, the baby's TV presenter mother reappears - and she has an agenda. Anna has a steady job, a good social life and a recently deceased relationship with unreconstructed hippy Nic. She has never changed a nappy or kissed a baby in her life, and that's the way she intends to keep things. Then Laura, her best friend, announces she's pregnant, Nic discovers he has a teenage son from a long-ago relationship, and Anna falls truly, madly, deeply in love - with one hitch. Anna's new Mr Wonderful, Michael, comes complete with a baby daughter. Does Anna really want a baby in her life? As broken nights, toys on the floor, and the carnage of children's parties take their toll, she begins to wonder. Then Fiona - blonde, beautiful, successful and, most worryingly, mother of the baby - reappears on the scene ...

Sue was born and brought up in Co Durham, in north east England. Her first romantic comedy,'Two's Company,' was published in the UK, Japan and France and was optioned for film by Warner Bros. It was followed by 'Time After Time,' 'True Colours' and 'Better Than The Real Thing.' Sue is currently working on her next book, 'Best Laid Plans.'
