About The Author

Millard Fretland attended Florida State University where he obtained a degree in speech communication with honors. He then attended law school at Washington & Lee University where he was a writer on the Law Review and from where he also graduated with honors. He spent four decades as a Trial Lawyer defending injury cases in the state courts of Florida and he lived to tell the tales. These are some of those tales. He has been selected as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and won considerably more trials than he lost.
