This is the story of Felix Gannon, an outsider kid. Felix hears tales of treasure from one of the workers repairing the dilapidated island home his family has inherited. Following clues, he stumbles onto a secret entrance beneath an old sandbox in the backyard and begins eagerly seeking the treasure. Only he's not alone in the quest.
