Description

These books encompass the reader into a deeper state of mind where the reader can start self assessment of the body and mind of trauma. As one reader said, "The books have a sense of sending you into a deep mind set". Most mental health clients are in a state of being Abnormal to be Normal. Here the sufferer wanders around in a subconscious mind set. This is a state where mental health illness exists. It is a state where the eyes and ears are levelled in a sleep walking mind set. Via this set of two books, the internal narration become a self assessment retraining where, the mental health thoughts are vocally spoken about instead of residing in mental illness of a, Facial Conformity Disorder. In this sleep walking mood it is a matter of moving away from a hypnotic state via raising yourself above the stance of mental illness of anxiety, paranoia, panic, depression or voices. These books teach you how to use vocal tones and expressions to raise the reader above their hypnotic mind set. I will say sometimes caused by medications.

About the author

Having suffered at the hands of mental illness Mark decided enough was enough. He put pen to paper and started writing. What happened whilst he was in the system was a slow but gradual degrading of his character. These two books were his studies of how he kept himself going, simply by studying the inner-self and how this was displayed in the Psychosocial  public. These two books contain a vast array of knowledge that he slowly built around himself to exemplify the character he has now extended too.
