Description
This book is about Leronzo Williams's life from his teenage years till now in his 40's. He started having children at the age of 17 and felt like all odds were against him - he couldn't get a job at the age of 17 when he had his first daughter, so he jumped headfirst into the streets of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He thought selling drugs was the way to take care of his daughter, but soon had 8 kids to take care of and a mountain of trauma to work through. He didn't only sell drugs, he was also in gang wars and shoot outs, one of which resulted in a bullet going through his body and hitting his kids' mother. When he got a little older, the tables turned, and he began searching for an honest way to care for his family. He's owned his barber shop for 13 years and counting, and spends his time as an educator, life/business coach, and man of God.
