Head Writer for Focus Skate Magazine, Skateboarder, Team Manager for largest Midwest skateboard company, Skateboard Clinic Coordinator, X Army Paratrooper, School Teacher and Musician. “For over a decade, I’ve had a great passion for learning all I could in the world of Health and Healing. Somewhere along the line I began to fuse skating, healing and avoiding injury into published articles for skateboarders. Almost immediately, early teen skaters to seasoned veterans were asking questions and commenting on the articles. Skaters are a tough crowd to say the least. Successfully getting them to take a minute and think about anatomy, nutrition and alternative methods of healing was, “shocking” to say the least. Without being preachy (myself not being perfect), I had found ways to incorporate “Health” into the minds of Action Athletes who definitely are some of the most talented individuals on Earth.”
