Depression is a terrible thing to experience. It drains us of so many things which the human spirit needs to thrive, grow and be happy. It can strip us of the ability to think clearly, to make decisions, to feel love and above all it can take from us of hope.
If you are wondering if you are in a toxic relationship, you probably are. A loving and caring partner would not make you question the healthy status of your relationship. But the tricky part is, noxious partners are not always toxic. They can be sweet infrequently, making you wonder if it's all in your head.

Your depression or anything that you are going through does not describe who you are; it just means you're going to have to fight harder than everyone else does, but you are worth the fight. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to be loved.
