About The Author

Dr Allison began life on a ranch in Arkansas. After riding bulls on an amateur level, he entered the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association at 18 and was in and out of the top 25 bull riders in the world for approximately 5 years. After completing his rodeo career, he entered college where he received a degree in Agri Business with an Animal Science option from Arkansas Tech University. He then entered and completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After med school he was accepted into and completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He then returned home to Russellville, Arkansas, to practice medicine for approximately 25 years.
