About the author
Kevin Carroll's passion is helping his clients think creatively and come up with breakthrough ideas. In other words, he teaches people how to be better problem solvers. Clients include Microsoft, Wrigley, Pernod Ricard and Novartis. Prior to building his own practice, Kevin worked in advertising for 17 years, but got out early on account of good behavior. As a corporate trainer, Kevin’s most memorable assignment was teaching conflict resolution at The US Postal Service. (Seriously.) Kevin’s written three books: Think Outside Your Blocks, Make Your Point!, and What’s Your Hook? Most recently, he and his daughter, Claire, created a family board game called Pickles to Penguins.
